Excel to ECR export
Dear All, Many of us generate text file from Excel file to upload on EPF portal by following very tedious process: 1.compiling details in excel file 2.saving excel file in CSV format 3.open file in text file and replacing character to #~#, remove unwanted rows 4.save to text format 5.upload text file on EPF portal 6.if errors found then make necessary corrections in the excel file and again follow above steps. Which is tedious and very time consuming process. To ease the process I have created excel file which save lot of time. Also rectification can be done easily on particular line item having errors.
